Methodology
Every field on every page carries a value, a source, a source URL, and a verified-on date. If a field is past its refresh cadence, the page is removed from our sitemap until it's re-verified. Body text is deterministic sentence templates over dated public-source data — never AI-generated prose.

- State DOL publications and US DOL Wage & Hour. Refreshed quarterly.
- Workers'-comp class codes
- NCCI Scopes Manual (public codes) plus monopolistic-state fund publications for ND, OH, WA, WY. Refreshed annually.
- Employer health premiums
- KFF Employer Health Benefits Survey. Refreshed on the September release.
- Country employment law
- National labour ministries cross-checked against published country guides from Deel, Papaya, and Remote. Refreshed semi-annually.
- PEO / EOR provider profiles
- ESAC directory and IRS CPEO registry. Refreshed quarterly.
What this doesn't do
PEO Signal is a data reference. It is not tax, legal, or benefits advice, and we do not sell PEO or EOR services. When you're ready to compare quotes we introduce you to vetted brokers; the introduction is free and we're paid a standard broker split if you sign.
Corrections
Spot an error? Email corrections and cite the field, the value we show, and your source. Verified corrections ship within five working days and stamp a new verified-on date.
